ARGENX BV - TEAMBUILDING FIJI - KATHLEEN VISSERS

Relax and recharge after a busy workday!
​Especially for Argenx employees, we offer alternating yoga and pilates sessions on Monday evenings. These classes are suitable for all levels – whether you’re a beginner or already experienced – and will help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed.

What to expect:

  • Yoga: a combination of stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation to bring body and mind into balance.

  • Pilates: focus on core stability, strength building, and improved posture.

  • Classes alternate weekly: one week yoga, the next week pilates.

  • Guided by experienced and certified instructor Kathleen Vissers.

Practical information

📅 When: every Monday evening at 17:30 (alternating yoga & pilates)
⏱  Duration: 60 minutes
📍 Location: Nederzwijnaarde 4, “de teambuilding” – 9052 Zwijnaarde
👕 Bring: comfortable sportswear and, if possible, your own yoga mat
